Acquisition provides a proven digital solution to Tier 3 instruction and expands 95 Percent Group’s support for more students
NEW YORK, Jan. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — 95 Percent Group Today, the acquisition of The Hill Reading Achievement Program (HillRAP) Hill Learning Center, a non profit dedicated to students with learning difficulties and based in Durham, North Carolina. HillRAP provides a structured, technology-based literacy intervention solution for students who have difficulty reading, even dyslexia. 95 Percent Group’s first acquisition of HillRAP is a provider of a comprehensive literacy curriculum and related professional training for teachers. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
