What year are the BAFTAs 2023 scheduled?
The BAFTAs are scheduled to be held on February 19, 2023, at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
This is the film awards ceremony. There is also a TV BAFTAs ceremony that will honor the small screen with a ceremony on the 14th of May 2023.
How do I view the BAFTAs live?
You can still view the awards at home, even if you aren’t one of the A-list celebrities. They will be broadcast on TV as usual.
The BAFTAs will be broadcast on BBC One on February 19, from 7pm to 9pm. They will also be available on BBC iPlayer.
Who is nominated
The moment there is a long list to choose from for each award. There are also many categories that will be covered on the night.
After being longlisted for 15 categories, Netflix’s anti-war film All Quiet On The Western Front received the most attention. It was followed by Golden Globes success The Banshees Of Inisherin with 14 nods, while science-fiction thriller Everything Everywhere All At Once and Baz Luhrmann’s biopic of Elvis are both longlisted in 12 categories.

The best film nominees include all four titles, The Fabelmans and Top Gun: Maverick. Triangle of Sadness also includes The Banshees of Inisherin. The outstanding British film longlist also includes Mrs Harris Goes To Paris, The Wonder, and Good Luck To You Leo Grande.
The Banshees of Inisherin were selected for the director category and best actor for Colin Farrell. Kerry Condon was nominated for supporting roles.
Austin Butler for Elvis, Brendan Fraser and Daniel Kaluuya are other best actor nominees. Some of the best actress nominees include Emma Thompson in Good Luck to You and Leo Grande in Mrs Harris Goes To Paris. Michelle Williams in The Fabelmans, Michelle Yeoh and Michelle Yeoh all in Everything Everywhere At Once.

Who will host this ceremony?
Richard E. Grant he has been chosen as the host for this year’s BAFTA movie awards.
Alison Hammond, a TV presenter and journalist who will join him in BBC coverage, will offer viewers access to all areas and give interviews with some the most prominent stars in attendance.
