Andrea J. Ayers elected to U. S. Steel Board of Directors

Ms. Ayers held the office of President and Chief Operating Officer of Convergys Corporation (now Concentrix Corporation), from November 2012 to October 2018. She was also a director at Convergys, from October 2012 to October 2018. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Ayers was President of Convergys Customer Management Group, Inc., and from 2010 through 2012, she served as Chief Operating officer of Convergys Customer Management Group, Inc.

Ms. Ayers has served on the board of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since 2014 and as Chair of the Board since April 2022. She was also a member of the Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc.’s board of directors from 2019 until its acquisition in 2021.

Ms. Ayers received a bachelor’s degree in management and administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.
