Ben Shephard feels ‘queasy’ after he is subject to 20 seconds of punches
Good Morning Britain’s Ben Shephard As he watched the flurry of punches delivered by Chris Eubank Jr., he joked that it made him feel “queasy”.
The boxing champion was an invited guest on the ITV morning show. Shephard was challenged by Shephard to endure 20 seconds of body punches.
He was open to the idea of giving it a shot, but admitted that he was a little worried.

“I think that he’s knocked off 33 people – it makes me feel a little queasy,” he stated.
Shephard was Shephards co-presenter when they began. Kate Garraway reassured him by saying: “Just to say, Doctor Hilary is on standby.”
The TV star and Eubank Jr then faced off, with Shephard quipping: “Have you ever sparred with somebody in a shirt and tie before?”
“This is new!” The boxer said, “This is new!” “I thought I’d seen and done it all before. Turns out I haven’t!”
After that, he continued to pound Garraway for 20 seconds while Garraway and Garraway were present. Ranvir Singh squealed.
Shepard, who had some padding around his waiste, groaned and grimaced while Eubank Jr. served up a volley punches.
“Longest 20 second of my entire life!” He exclaimed.
After it had finished, he told the others: “That went on for about three days!”
Shephard impressed him and invited him to his gym for a “proper spar”.
The segment was loved by viewers.
