Bucs signal Ok Jake Verity to futures contract

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have added one other kicker to their plans for 2023.

Jake Verity has signed a futures contract with the Bucs, the workforce introduced Wednesday.

A undrafted free agent out of East Carolina, Verity break up the previous two seasons between the Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Verity will now be on the Bucs’ 90-man roster heading into the 2023 offseason, giving him the prospect to probably compete with Ryan Succop for the kicking job in coaching camp.
