Contrast Security hires Andrew Vallila to be its new CRO

A successful sales executive will have a background in cybersecurity revenue. To lead sales and grow growth

LOS ALTOS, Calif., Jan. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Contrast Security (Contrast), a code security platform for developers, announced today the appointment of Andrew (Andy) Vallila As the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of the company.

Vallila will take responsibility for continuing revenue growth with existing and potential customers and taking on all expansion and new revenue targets globally. He will develop strong processes to drive sales and be responsible for all revenue-generating activity, including the go-to-market strategy.

Vista Equity Partners purchased Securonix after the company experienced rapid growth. Vallila was also a sales leader at Sun Microsystems and Oracle Corporation, as well as Dell Security.
