Dancing On Ice Star Michelle Heaton She claims she suffers whiplash from a series of falls, and she attributes it to “menopausal brain fog”.
43-year-old Liberty X singer is one of the contestants in the upcoming ITV series. She revealed that she has taken many falls on the ice thus far.
Appearing On Loose WomenShe stated that she had whiplash in her neck.

“I had four falls on Monday. Do you know what it is?” It’s like you forget that you’re actually on ice. It’s what I call menopausal brain fog. I stand there.
“The falls often happen when I’m still, and I forget that my feet are not in shoes. My feet then go and I fall on my back. This is something I need to be aware of.
Heaton has been openly honest about her struggles with addiction. Heaton previously shared how she drank every single day for three years before hitting rock bottom.
She said that she is now sober after 20 months of being clean and feels ready to compete.
Nadia Sawalha and her co-presenters said that the mum-of-2 told Nadia Sawalha that signing up for Dancing On Ice would have been “disastrous”.
She explained that she couldn’t have thought of anything like this because she wouldn’t be in the right place to think about it.
“My body, my mind and I wouldn’t be ready for this before. It is now that it is my turn.”
