This week, the Eagles were on a bye to prepare for the NFC Divisional round. However, two assistant coaches were busy getting ready for job interviews.

The Texans have announced the appointment of Philadelphia’s offensive coordinator Shane Steichen has completed his interview for the organization’s head coaching vacancy

Houston (3-13-11) will be the No. Houston (3-13-1) will have the No. 2 pick in 2023 NFL Draft, after a 32-31 victory over the Colts during Week 18.

Steichen has overseen the Eagles’ offensive explosion Since taking over play-calling duties in the 2021 season, he has earned a reputation for his run-centric approach and helped develop Justin Herbert, the Chargers’ star signal-caller.

Steichen has been at the helm of Jalen Hurts’ MVP candidacy, Miles Sanders logging his first 1,000-yard rushing season, along with two 1,000-yard receivers in A.J. DeVonta and Brown.

Jonathan Gannon, Eagles’ defensive coordinator, will be interviewed for the position on Saturday.
