BEIRUT (AP) — Two soldiers were killed and three were injured in an explosion in northern Iraq, Iraqi state news said Thursday.

The explosive device was detonated while soldiers were riding in an army vehicle, according to the state Iraqi News Agency.

At the time, no group claimed responsibility for this attack. This attack was just the latest in a series of similar incidents that have occurred in recent days.
