Fendi Gets Cozy at the Disco for Fall 2023 Men’s Collection

Fendi chose a comfortable direction for its fall/winter 2019 collection, which was revealed on Saturday in Milan.

Taking place at the house’s headquarters in Milan, this season’s show saw Fendi’s show space transformed into a giant roller disco pinball machine, with a custom disco soundtrack entitled “After Dark,” specifically created by Italian composer and producer Giorgio Moroder.

House codes have been twisted this season to create a feeling that is rich in textures and decadence. This can be seen in this season’s cocooning outerwear, blanket coats and ponchos, cashmere track separates, oversized sweater vests, fluid trousers, mohair scarves, and actual blankets.

Fendi’s historic take on subverted classicism is also present, blurring the lines between “tough” and “traditional” menswear silhouettes. This is evident in the asymmetrical sartorial staples and the deconstructed shirting which shows flashes skin.

As for accessories, Fendi’s fall/winter 2023 men’s collection takes a playful approach with some bags even decided to carry baguette bread, not to be confused with the houses iconic bag. The Peekaboo’s bold metallic strap hardware, sprayed leather or harness detailing are all part of the season’s evolution. Baguette It is redesigned in burnished leather and features all-over utility pockets.

The new Fendi Shadow suede or grained Leather hobo satchel is now available. Woven FF cashmere bucket bag containing fringed blankets are also included in this season’s collection. New is the Chiodo backpack, with its ergonomic straps and metallic hinge.

A Cuban heeled boot can be seen with a slotted F Logo heel treatment. Fendi Frame moccasins are complemented by lace-up derbies and Fendi Frame moccasins. Fendi’s Flow sneakers make a comeback this season, but this time they feature transparent details, mesh, and scuba.
