Peterson was only 32 years old when he had one of the best years of his life in 2022, despite being a senior citizen. The 32-year-old Peterson has been first-team All-Pro twice. He also went to eight Pro Bowls. He has 34 career interceptions.
He was a Tiger who was one of best defenders in the field, and he won the Thorpe Award as well as the Bednarik award. He was also well-known for his ability to work with special teams and won the SEC Special Teams player of the year award.
Peterson is still searching for a Super Bowl. Perhaps he will be able to contend with the Steelers team, which is hoping for a leap.
