Jalen Ramsey posts cryptic message on Twitter: ‘If that’s the end…’

Los Angeles Rams may be facing a tough offseason. Sean McVay’s future is uncertain, which means Aaron Donald’s might be, too. And now there’s Jalen Ramsey posting cryptic messages on social media, seemingly hinting at the possibility that he’s played his last game with the Rams.

Early Friday morning, Ramsey shared a few tweets that suggest he may not know if he’ll be back in Los Angeles.

“It is what it is! It was exactly what it was! If that’s the end, I went out wit a BANG!” Ramsey wrote.

Ramsey finished the season strongly with two picks against Seattle in Week 18. It was one of his best seasons. He’s still under contract through 2025, but if the Rams are looking to clear cap space and add draft picks, trading Ramsey could be an option.

Ramsey shared the following tweets in response to his initial message. Take what you want from them.

There’s no question Ramsey is one of the best defensive backs in the league, despite not being named a Pro Bowler this year for the first time since he was a rookie in 2016. He had 88 tackles, four interceptions and four tackles for loss.

The secondary of the Rams will be completely different if they trade him. 5 in it – and not in a positive way.
