Japan to downgrade coronavirus classification on Might 8, PM Kishida says

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan has determined to downgrade its classification of COVID-19 to that of a much less critical illness on Might 8, revising its measures towards the coronavirus corresponding to enjoyable steerage that individuals put on masks in public indoor locations, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida mentioned on Friday.
