The new book by Jinger Duggar Vaolo, which details her childhood in what she now calls a cult-like religious religion, won’t be out for some time, but she’s already sharing information about some of its contents.

Jinger’s memoir is about another side to growing up in her large family that subscribed to Bill Gothard’s teachings. resigned in disgrace From the fundamentalist Institute of Basic Life Principles in 2014.

She described it as “the hardest thing I’ve ever done” but also called it “the most important thing.” Vuolo stressed that her faith was still strong, even though it had changed.
