Justin Herbert: Los Angeles Chargers are devastated by playoff collapse

Poor Justin.

After finally making his first career playoff start with the Los Angeles Chargers, it looked like things couldn’t have been going better for Herbert in the first half, with Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence throwing four interceptions and the team also losing a fumble.

At one point, the Chargers led 27-0 and lost the game 31-30. Herbert is now going home, still with zero playoff wins on his resume, and Chargers’ head coach Brandon Staley is likely to get fired in the coming days, if not hours.

As you might expect, social media went crazy after the collapse. Herbert was the one who got most of the attention, but he also received a lot of support online. Most of the hate went to his coaches.

These are the top reactions to the night.

Sean Payton, where are your?
