“Given Ye’s public status, publication of the Withdrawal Order will likely garner significant media attention, resulting in broader publication and provide an even greater likelihood of apprising Ye of the Order.”
Greenberg Traurig represented West in his copyright suit against Ultra International Music Publishing.
West is being sued by the music publishing company over claims that he used a Marshall Jefferson house song Move Your Body in his track Flowers, which was released on album Donda 2 without permission.
