Lawrence County business severely damaged by fire

An early Monday morning fire caused extensive damage to a Lawrence County business.

The Ellwood City 911 dispatcher called in just before 12:20 a.m. to confirm a fire in the 200 block at First St.

The scene was captured by Channel 11’s photographer. He said that the bar looked like a bar.

There were no reports of injuries.

The state fire marshal is going to investigate. Other information was not immediately available.
