Marvin Gaye III, the eldest child of the legend Marvin GayeOver the weekend, he was charged with domestic violence and assault with deadly weapons.
After an argument about a previous assault, Gaye allegedly pointed the gun at Wendy and his cousin at his Los Angeles residence on Friday night. TMZ reported.
Gaye, aged 57, was already running from the scene by the time the cops arrived.

According to the outlet Gaye turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Station the next day. Gaye was booked on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge and felony assault using a deadly weapon.
Per TMZ, he posted a $50,000 bond and was freed.
PEOPLE reached out to an attorney representing the victims but did not get a reply.
Gaye was placed under an emergency protective order. Deputies also recovered two firearms from Gaye’s home.
Gaye is Marvin Gaye’s adopted son. Denise Gordy (Anna’s niece) is Gaye’s biological mother.
Gaye was largely invisible until 2013, when he announced that he had suffered from kidney failure. He was looking for a donor organ to transplant. Daily Mail.
