After turning 52, the music icon threw an extravagant party at Cipriani Wall St. over the weekend.
Blige turned up to her soirée ready to have fun and turn heads. The Capricorn arrived looking radiant in silver wearing a mini dress made of sequins, teamed with layers and diamonds, and a gray fur coat that swept across the floor.

The singer completed her birthday glam look with strappy silver heels and platinum blonde hair in a low bun. She also wore oversized hoop earrings, strappy silver shoes, and smoky makeup to finish it off.

Evidently, Blige didn’t just put in a lot of effort to look flawless; she also enjoyed having fun. Instagram photos were posted by Blige, showing her birthday look and reflecting back on the night with friends.

The icon’s 51st birthday celebration marked the end of a significant 51-year period. Blige also announced that she would be retiring in 2022. coming out with her first children’s picture book, Mary Can!The book will be available on shelves by March this year.
