Matt Weiss, Michigan offensive coordinator, has been placed on leave

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — The University of Michigan has placed offensive co-coordinator and quarterbacks coach Matt Weiss on leave, athletic department spokesman Kurt Svoboda confirmed Tuesday night.

ESPN released a statement by Weiss stating that he was fully cooperating with investigators. He also expressed his excitement about the outcome of the matter.
