Pat Connaughton/Blake Wesley NBA tracker: Jan. 9-15

In the span of a single week, for the first-time in a long while, more than one Notre Dame player was able to play in NBA games. After undergoing surgery to repair his MCL, San Antonio Spurs rookie Blake Wesley Returned in front of an NBA-record crowd at the Alamodome. He scored two points and one rebound for the Golden State Warriors, while he had five points, a rebound, and an assist for the Sacramento Kings. He scored 3.5 points per game during the two games.

Pat Connaughton The Milwaukee Bucks had an extraordinary scoring week, with him reaching double figures in three out of four games. His best game was against the Miami Heat, where he scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He also recorded a steal in three of the week’s four games. He averaged 11.0 points per game, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and shot 38.1% from behind the arc during the week. This was mainly due to his 3-pointers.
