D.S.O. Agent Leon S. Kennedy is on an assignment to rescue Dr. Antonio Taylor, but a mysterious woman stops him. Meanwhile, B.S.A.A. Agent Chris Redfield is currently investigating a zombie outbreak that occurred in San Francisco. The cause of the infection has not been identified. All the victims share one thing in common: they have all been to Alcatraz Island recently. Chris and his crew follow the clue to reach Alcatraz Island where they will find another horror.
