Russia’s Medvedev meets China’s Xi at Beijing to discuss strategic partnerships and Ukraine

(Reuters) – Dmitry Medvedev (former Russian president) posted a Wednesday video on social media that showed him meeting China’s President Xi Jinping during a trip to Beijing.

Medvedev is the current deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council. He said he spoke with Xi to discuss Russia and China’s “strategic partnerships”, cooperation between both countries, and the conflict at Ukraine.
