WATSONVILLE, Calif., January 26, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Granite (NYSE:GVA) has been awarded an roughly $46 million contract by the California Division of Transportation (Caltrans) to enhance security and mobility alongside U.S. Freeway 101 in Humboldt County, California. Granite’s work will improve the security and mobility of motorists by developing the all-new Indianola Interchange on U.S. Freeway 101, successfully eliminating a T-intersection alongside the first route between Arcata and Eureka.
