She can “orgasm on Demand” with her mind, says a sex coach

Watch: Sex coach can ‘orgasm on demand’ – using only her mind

A sex coach has revealed that she can orgasm using only her mind – and could orgasm anywhere, including while supermarket shopping.

Karolin Tsarkski stated that she began exploring her sexuality in her 20s after she moved to the UK to study Tantra.

The ancient practice is meant to bring together spirituality as well as sexuality. It places importance on intimacy during the sex.

“When I started my sex life I just didn’t know how to enjoy it. I thought that the whole world was enjoying this thing and I just simply don’t know how. It was this big weight on my shoulders because I was really interested in it, but I just didn’t have any answers,” Tsarkski explained on ITV’s This Morning, with hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield visibly intrigued.

She added that discovering Tantra “broadened” her mind and allowed her to explore her sexuality more.

“I had a really positive experience in my first workshop,” she added. “Then I started a more in depth study of Tantra, yoga and all of these ancient teachings and that really, really helped me.”

When asked by Willoughby whether orgasming on demand was always the end goal, Tsarkski said all she wanted to do was be able to “enjoy sex”.

“When I heard of a whole body energetic orgasm, I never believed that this was possible for me because I’m blocked and I wasn’t enjoying sex and that just wasn’t important to me. All I wanted was to enjoy sex, that was my goal,” she added.

Tsarkski explained that there are several different types of orgasms, which range from a localised genital orgasm to a whole-body orgasm – but she didn’t experience the latter until after “many years” of studying, and did so while she was in a Tantra class.

“It was many years of trying to reach a deeper and longer lasting orgasm, because my orgasms before were really short,” she added.

“They were really intense but I wondered if it was possible to have long ones, if it was possible to have deeper satisfaction, so for many years I was reaching and reaching and then one day I had it and was like, ‘Wow, it’s possible and amazing.’

When Schofield asked whether Tsarkski can have an orgasm anywhere, even in a supermarket, she agreed and said she can enter an orgasm anywhere and stay for “as long as I want”.

“Absolutely [anyone can do it],” she added. “That’s why I’ve started teaching workshops now, for men, for women, regardless of your gender, regardless of your orientation.

“It’s one of the biggest misunderstandings that men’s orgasms are only physical and ejaculatory. Men can very much have a very long whole body orgasm without ejaculation, it’s totally possible.”

She explained that for some people this level of orgasm can be instant, while for others it can take years of training – but relaxation is the key to achieving it.

“Relaxation. That is the key word when it comes to enjoying sex and having orgasms,” she said.

“We just need to find where the tension is. Is it outside of the bedroom? It could be finances. Maybe it’s your relationship or body image. You have to discover the tension, and then you must relax it. Relaxation is the only thing that I do when I go into an orgasm. I don’t think, I don’t press any magic button, I relax. It took me many years to learn to relax.”

She also suggested that we might consider giving up sex, as we all know it.

“That is my recommendation, [stop] the penetrative classical sex,” she said. “Focus on intimacy, focus on pleasure. Don’t focus on the goal of reaching penetration or orgasm, just purely enjoy and from there you can expand. There’s a whole other world there.”
