Albion Enterprise VCT PLC (the “Firm”) publicizes that it bought 437,347 strange shares at 117.63 pence per share on 3 February 2023. The shares bought symbolize 0.47% of the whole variety of voting rights within the Firm earlier than the transaction. These shares will likely be held in treasury.
