Avanta hires Todd Larner, Director of Planning and Entitlements
DENVER, Jan. 19, 2023 Avanta Residential today announced, /PRNewswire/ Todd Larner As Director of Entitlements & Planning, he was hired.
In his current role, Mr. Larner supervises many projects and provides design guidance through the entire construction process.
Todd has more than 30 years experience in real estate development. This includes zoning and entitlements, concept planning and project development. His portfolio includes award-winning designs for large-scale masterplanned communities, mixed-use commercial developments, urban Infill projects, resorts and theme parks. Each of these involves complex entitlements. Todd has specialized in the integration between architecture and planning to create unique places in the built environment.
Additionally, Mr. Larner has spoken at The Pacific Coast Builders Conference and The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), sharing his knowledge and insights on panel discussions. As a full member and contributor of Urban Land Institute, he manages the content development for conference working group.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning at the University of Southern Carolina. He also taught as an adjunct professor. Since 2010, he has been a member of the Price School of Policy Planning and Development. University of Southern CaliforniaHelping to develop the academic curriculum of graduate programs.
