If you are interested in flipping houses, Christina Hall Loves a challenge.

The latest episode Christina in the Country, 39-year old home renovation expert Eva, along with her husband, look for potential fixers-uppers Josh — and it’s definitely one of the rougher flips she’s seen in her career.

Christina exclaims as she arrives at the abandoned house with Josh. Christina questions Josh about the scene as images of the trash-filled kitchen and living room appear on the screen.

Christina is also a realtor for the property. She explained that the former owner died more than a year ago, and that someone “squatted, ransacked, and destroyed” the house until it was totally destroyed.

“I’ve probably walked through more than 200 houses, and this one is the worst.” Christina admits that it is terrible, and then smiles, “I love this.”

She explains that “we’ve been talking about this project the entire time we’ve lived here, and just waiting for it to be perfect.” “This house is definitely not in the best of shape, but I’ve done many flips before and this house does have potential.”

Later in the episode — which aired on Thursday, Jan. 19 — the designer confirmed she will be taking on the flip with Josh, but construction can’t begin for another six to 12 months. Josh laughs, “And her patience is not with her.”
