Daily Paper’s SS23 collection pays tribute to North Africa’s rich cultural history

Label based in Amsterdam Daily Paper The Spring/Summer 2023 collection was just revealed, featuring a lookbook that features a delectable collection shot in North Africa.

“Under The Same Moon”, the new collection draws inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of its location. It blends traditional African prints and contemporary silhouettes. The collection features tribal designs and natural dyes such as henna. This is a nod towards the brand’s celebration of traditional craftsmanship and natural processes. Standout pieces include woven tapestry suits and red and green crochet coods, and lightweight, padded outerwear.

The collection features an illustration of a plant on a range of summer-ready styles. This is to honor nature’s teachings and celebrate the exchange and support of nutrients. Other artworks are featured in the collection by emerging artists. Yasmin Elnour.
