Following a shooting on Sunday, Darius Miles (ex-Baller for Alabama Men’s Basketball) was apparently charged with capital murder.

Miles, 21, was one the two suspects who were allegedly charged in the shooting. Twitter posted a video of Miles leaving Tuscaloosa County Jail on Sunday.

Soon after the footage was made public, Miles’ player webpage on Alabama’s website went down. The University of Alabama issued a statement stating that it was aware of the “recent charge” against Miles. Miles was removed and “is not longer a part of the Alabama men’s basketball team.”
