Gordon Ramsay’s Holly, Holly’s daughter, celebrates two years of sobriety since she reached “rock bottom”

The 22-year-old sent a message to Instagram To mark the occasion, she thanked all her supporters.

“Today marks the two-year anniversary since I last drank alcohol,” she stated.

“Two Years ago today, I hit rock bottom. I was terrified.

“I didn’t know I would get to where I am today, both mentally and physically.” Every day I have struggled to get here has been a battle.

She continued, “I am so thankful to so many people für their support and encouragement.

“I will continue learning and growing every day.”

Holly also shared with her followers that Holly feels “lucky to have the ability to use my voice and raise awareness to break the stigma around mental illness”.

She said, “Sending love to all who need it today and always,” “One day at time.”

Holly previously told her fans in an Instagram Q & A that she felt a lot better without alcohol in her life.

She said that cutting it out made her feel “so much more present”.

She said, “I am able to have more fun because I am in charge.”

After she posted the news, celebrities and fans flooded her with congratulations.

Tilly, her sister, posted a red heart emoticon as did Romeo Beckham.

One fan wrote, “Congratulations for choosing a path that is right for you.” “It’s not always easy, but you’re succeeding day by day.”

Ramsay, a celebrity chef, has five children with Tana.
