Hugh Jackman Stars in Hulu’s Adult-Animated Series

Hulu Officially, the Koala Man trailer for 20th Television Animation’s newest adult-animated comedy, featuring an all-star voice cast including Hugh Jackman, Hugo Weaving, and Sarah Snook. The series will be streamable on January 9th.

The video introduces Kevin, a below-average superhero and a middle-aged dad who made it his life’s mission to clean up his hometown. It also gives us a preview of the crazy antics that he’ll venture in, as well as a glimpse of the interesting supporting characters he’ll meet through his adventures.

Koala Man Michael Cusack is the creator of the film and is executive producing it. He also lends his voice as the character’s voice. The showrunners Dan Hernandez, Benji Samit, and Dan Hernandez are also responsible for the script and production.

Cusak and Sarah Snook are the show’s hosts. Demi Lardner is also on the series. It also features the voices of guest stars Hugh Jackman, Jemaine Clement, Alexandra Daddario, Rachel House, Angus Sampson, Hugo Weaving, Michelle Brasier, Mark Coles Smith, Liam McIntyre, Claudia O’Doherty, Jordan Shanks, Natalie Tran and Jarrad Wright.

“It follows middle-aged dad Kevin and his titular not-so-secret identity, whose only superpower is a burning passion for following rules and snuffing out petty crime in the town of Dapto,” reads the synopsis. “Though it may seem like any other Australian suburb, forces of evil both cosmic and man-made lie in wait to pounce on unsuspecting Daptonians. Koala Man is always on the lookout for ways to help his town. He often ropes in his disgruntled family members into his adventures. He’ll do whatever it takes to defeat villainous masterminds, supernatural horrors, or worse: jerks who don’t take their rubbish bins down on the proper days.”

Koala Man It is executive produced and directed by Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland. Ben Jones, Scott Greenberg and Joel Kuwahara are the producers. Dana Tafoya–Cameron, Mike Coway and Emma Fitzsimmons are the editors. Dario Russo produced the film with David Ashby.
