Naomi Campbell I am paying tribute to my godson Harry Brant Two years after his death.
Brant, the supermodel’s son, died before his time. Stephanie SeymourPeter Brant (75), a high-profile businessman, is 54. Brant was a socialite who wrote about Interview Magazine As a teen, and as an up-and-coming Model who appeared in Italian Vogue Balmain and Balmain campaigns. On January 17, 2021, he died from an accidental overdose of prescription medication. He was 24.
Campbell, 52 shared a photo of Harry and Campbell on the second anniversary.
“My beautiful Godson Harry @harry_brant , I think of you today your bright smile amazing intellectual mind and your natural flare of style it’s been 2 years .. ” she wrote alongside the snap. “May you be in eternal Peace and know that your godmother misses you 🕊️❤️🕊️🙏🏾”

Peter and Seymour told PEOPLE that their son had died at the time. a heartbreaking statement“It is with great sorrow that we share the news that Harry Brant, our beloved son, died from accidental overdose due to prescription medication. We are devastated. Harry wanted to conquer his addiction, and was only days away re-entering rehabilitation.
They said, “Harry wasn’t just our son. He was also a wonderful brother and loved grandson. He was a creative and loving soul who brought light to so many hearts. He was truly a wonderful person, inside and outside.
His parents shared their appreciation for how important it was to them that their son grew up in the fashion industry. “Harry loved fashion and was a trailblazer of beauty and cosmetic products for men – collaborating with a major brand on a unisex cosmetic line. He was also a passionate writer. Interview Magazine His dream was to become a larger part of the creative department.

“He did a lot during his 24 years. We will never see how much more Harry could do.” This terrible disease took Harry’s life. We will never forget it. As we grieve the loss of our boy, we ask you to respect our privacy.
PEOPLE was informed by a source at the time that Harry was close to his family, Seymour included. “His mom was everything. His family loved him very much.

Harry was alleged to have struggled with addiction for many years. According to a source, Harry’s father was “worried about Harry” and “trying to get him back to rehab.”
