John Schneider states that Geno Smith is wanted back by the Seahawks, but there’s a limit.
John Schneider, Seahawks general manger, was yesterday’s guest on ESPN 710 radio. Naturally, the main topic was the status and future of the Seahawks. starting quarterback Geno SmithThe new league year will begin on March 15 and he will be an unrestricted-free agent.
Schneider echoed what coach Pete Carroll Every Seattle player, and almost every one of them, has stated since the end that Geno must return. However, Schneider admitted that there is a limit – a specific number that the Seahawks are unwilling to pay to get it done.
