The Princess of Wales, 41 hosted a reception Thursday was a celebration for the England Wheelchair Rugby League Team, which celebrated their success at the Rugby League World Cup final in November 2022. Princess Kate welcomed the team and their coaches to Hampton Court Palace. There she congratulated their win, and also learned about their future plans. Kate gave a glimpse into her morning routine and shared some tips on how she manages to get fit during the event.
According to the Daily MirrorOne of the athletes asked Princess Kate if she went to the gym. Princess Kate replied, “It’s running around after the children — I do it all, whenever I can squeeze in exercise I do, even jumping on the trampoline with my children before school.”

On Thursday, she also shared with the players that her family had watched the World Cup Final live on TV. Team England beat France 28-24. This was a significant milestone for the national team as it was their first World Cup title win since 2008.

Priciness Kate has accepted the position and joined a session for some of rugby’s players shortly after it was announced. In a team tracksuit, taking to the field! Kate was part of a line-out play at Twickenham Stadium last Feb., in which a player is lifted in the air by teammates to receive a ball.
Kate couldn’t help but giggle as she was lifted to catch the ball and pass it to a player below.
