Man charged with legal harm after home destroyed by ‘fuel explosion’
A person has been charged with legal harm after a home was destroyed in a single day in a suspected fuel explosion.
The terraced home on Marlborough Avenue in Goole, East Yorkshire, was ripped aside by the blast at about 1am on Sunday.
The property went up in flames and bricks fell on to the tops of automobiles. A big gap was left within the high of the home. Nobody was injured within the explosion.
On Sunday night, Humberside Police mentioned Wayne Vines, 56, from Marlborough Avenue in Goole, had been charged with legal harm, recklessly endangering life.
The pressure mentioned he was remanded in custody and is ready to seem at Hull Magistrates’ Court docket on Monday morning.
In a press release posted on its Fb web page on Sunday, Humberside Police said: “Officers had been known as to a property on Marlborough Avenue, Goole, at round 1.10am on Sunday, 22 January, to stories that the fuel provide to a property had been tampered with, inflicting an explosion.

Residents had been evacuated after the blast and the street was closed off in each instructions.
