Peru lawmakers submit movement trying to impeach President Dina Boluarte

LIMA (Reuters) – Peru lawmakers on Wednesday submitted a movement that appears to question President Dina Boluarte, in keeping with a doc seen by Reuters.

The transfer comes within the midst of violent protests following the impeachment and arrest of her predecessor, former President Pedro Castillo, which have left dozens useless.
