SK-II Celebrates Lunar new Year With Nostalgic Candy Collab From White Rabbit

SK-II This is the latest brand to get into the “” Lunar New Year festivities, introducing a special edition of its cult-loved PITERA™ Facial Treatment Essence.

The skincare brand celebrated the Year of the Rabbit by covering its iconic bottle in White Rabbit, a beloved, iconic Chinese creamy milk candy. The sweet’s signature bunny motif (more commonly known as “da bai tu (大白兔)”) is printed onto the container in a red, blue and white color palette. The collaboration highlights SK-II’s PITERA™ formula — which has been around for over 40 years — that uses yeast strains while containing over 50 micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

SK-II created the special-edition bottles and red packets. These are also known as red pockets or red envelopes.

Above is the packaging. The White Rabbit Facial Treatment Essence by SK-II is limited in quantity and comes with a gift of red packets. A skincare gift set can be purchased for $1,630 Hong Kong Dollar (approximately $209 US).
