RadRover 6 Plus E-Bike

Our editors got hands-on with the 6 Plus (you can check out the full review here) and here are our top takeaways.

The e-bike is comfortable to ride on almost any terrain, be it city streets or off-road paths. You’ll max out at 20mph and in our testing, the e-bike was comfortable to ride but a bit sluggish at times (it weighs 74 pounds, making it a bit bulky/difficult to move depending on the rider). It has a range of up to 45 miles on a charge and a 750w motor.

The bike is also available in a step-through frame style.

Aventure.2 E-Bike

Compared to the original model, the Aventure.2 rides much smoother, since the new torque sensor allows more control over the acceleration of Aventure’s 750W rear hub motor. It’s an e-bike we’d recommend if you’re riding on tougher and more unpredictable terrain. There’s also a useful LED display that tells you all of your performance metrics in one convenient location.

Integrated front fenders, plus front and rear lights are safety features that help you feel safer riding wherever (and whenever) you go.

Cafe Cruiser

In our testing of the best beach cruisers, the Cafe Cruiser proved to be the best e-bike cruiser on the list. The bike has a zippy 750w motor that bumps it up to a 28mph max speed. The 3-inch wide tires, plus a suspension fork, give it a smooth ride.

While it made our beach cruiser list, it’s still an excellent choice if you’re riding more casually.

G4 Blue E-Bike

One of our best folding bikes from last year, the Gocycle G4 has a lightweight carbon midframe and a powerful front motor hub, and easily takes on hills, traffic, and standard commuting obstacles. We found the motor to be quiet, smooth, and intuitive to control.

It folds into a format that could fit under just one arm (once you’ve removed the seatpost, that is). It’s easy to fit under a desk or in a closet if you’re tight on storage space.

T1 ST E-Bike

Apple users, some fun news: You can add the T2 ST E-Bike to your devices on the FindMy app and always be able to keep track of your bike’s location, whether you’ve locked it up while out running errands or can’t remember where you parked.

The bike weighs just 36 pounds, so it’s on the lighter side and packs a 350W motor. It’s designed for urban terrain, has a 20mph cap, and a range of up to 52 miles on a full charge.

City 1 Step-Thru E-Bike

This Denago e-bike has a step-thru frame. The bike features a low standover height in order to make it easy to start and stop as you begin and end your ride. It has a 500w rear hub motor and an up to 40-mile range.

There’s also a digital display on the handlebars that makes it easy to monitor stats while you’re riding.

RadTrike Electric Tricycle

If you’re looking for a tricycle option, this one from Rad Power Bikes is a great pick. It offers a bit more stability than a standard bike (thanks to two back wheels, of course). It has an up to 55-mile range on a single charge and can carry up to 415 pounds. The 750w motor gives the bike a kick while you’re on the move.

The e-tricycle even has a built-in parking break (one of Rad’s only models to have one) for added safety.
