TaskUs’ Q1 earnings snapshot

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (AP) — NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (AP) — TaskUs Inc. (TASK) on Monday reported first-quarter earnings of $9.5 million.

New Braunfels-based company reported net income of nine cents per share. The earnings per share, after adjusting for one-time costs and gains, was 32 cents.

The results were better than expected. Zacks Investment Research, a survey of four analysts, estimated that earnings would be 27 cents per common share.

The digital service provider posted revenue of 235.3 million dollars in the quarter, exceeding Street expectations. Zacks surveyed three analysts who expected $232 million.

TaskUs has stated that it expects to generate revenues between $226 and $228 million for the current quarterly ending in June.

The company is expecting a revenue of between $925 million and $950 millions for the full year.
