Thailand removes the requirement to show proof of COVID vaccination in order to allow entry -minister

BANGKOK, Reuters – Thailand has canceled a weekend policy requiring tourists to present proof of COVID-19 immunization, the health minister stated Monday.

Anutin Charnvirakul explained to reporters that no proof of vaccination was required as there is sufficient immunization around the world, while those who are not vaccinated will be permitted entry. It was replaced by new rules that were announced Saturday by the aviation regulator ahead of China’s reopening of its borders.
