How to Buy Romantic Candles Like A Pro

Siswanto recommends that you only purchase a couple of specific types when looking for a romantic candle. “We suggest choosing floral scents such as rose and jasmine, or warm/spicy scents like vanilla, sandalwood, [and] ginger,” says Siswanto. “These scents are also considered aphrodisiacs, which could help to set a romantic mood.”
All these scents are romantic, but they should not be your only option. You might also consider gourmand and woody fragrances, such as chocolate, almond and caramel.
Wax Type
How it burns will depend on what type of wax the candle is made of. how long it lasts. Paraffin can be used in all types of candles, from taper candles to tea lights. Since it’s derived from petroleum, paraffin is considered less environmentally friendly than other wax types. Paraffin is still one of the most loved candle waxes because it can hold a lot fragrance and has a strong throw.
