This former BYU girls’s basketball star is headed to Oregon

Nani Falatea has discovered her new dwelling.

The previous BYU girls’s basketball guard is transferring to Oregon, she introduced on Instagram Monday.

Falatea abruptly exited the Cougars’ program this previous December after showing in simply three contests. She averaged 9.7 factors, 2.9 assists and 39.9% capturing throughout 64 profession video games in Provo.

A 2021 Herriman Excessive graduate, Falatea’s greatest BYU marketing campaign got here as a sophomore, when she posted 15.3 factors and 4.9 assists.

Falatea has been engaged to former Cougar soccer standout Kingsley Suamataia since August.

Suamataia was chosen as a second spherical draft alternative by the Kansas Metropolis Chiefs this previous weekend.
