Two Of ‘The Banshees Of Inisherin’ Stars Will Not Be At The Critics Choice Awards

The stars of The Banshees of Inisherin, Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, will not appear at tonight’s 28th annual Critics Choice AwardsThe 2022 Filmmaking Awards honor the best achievements in television programming and filmmaking.

According to a source in the studio, both tested positive for Covid-19.

Farrell was nominated for Best Actor, while Gleeson was tabbed for Best Supporting Actor at tonight’s awards. Both of them attended Tuesday’s Golden Globes where Farrell won best actor in a comedy/musical.

The Banshees in Inishein There are nine nominees for the Critics Choice Awards.

Also out for tonight’s Critics Choice is Jamie Lee Curtis, one of the stars of Everything, Everywhere at Once She was also positive for Covid-19.

The Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles hosts the awards and broadcasts them at 7 PM ET on The CW. Chelsea Handler hosts the event.
