NEW YORK, April 17, 2023 UOVO has acquired a majority share in Domaine. Established in St. Louis, Missouri Domaine was established in 2003 and is now widely recognized as the leading wine service firm for serious collectors. UOVO has expanded its portfolio to include Domaine, which is a dedicated art and fashion vertical. This will allow clients to benefit from a broader range of services and resources. In addition to last year’s purchase of Garde RobeUOVO’s unique expertise allows it to manage an array of assets across fashion, art and wine.

UOVO, founded by realty professionals and art lovers, has taken art storage from the mundane to a new level. It offers a service that rivals elite hospitality. Its 13 modern facilities are designed for climate controlled storage, preservation and shipping, as well private viewing rooms. They also offer project management, archiving and cataloging. The full breadth of UOVO’s resources—physical and digital—will be merged with Domaine’s existing network of facilities and staff to offer all clients a new and enhanced level of service.

UOVO acquired Domaine in tandem with the acquisition. Katherine Lazar, who has been the COO and Co Owner of the company since 2008 will now take on the role as CEO. Lazar says that with UOVO’s partnership, Domaine has found a steward who will carry on the culture and organization we have built over 20 years. We are now eager and able to bring our service to other cities in the country. “We’ll be able to provide even better service to our existing customers and will continue to find new ways to help wine collectors around the world.”
