What I ordered using the McDonald’s McGold Card

McDonald’s My favorite restaurant. My family and I have shared meals under the Golden Arches since we were little girls. McDonald’s provided a quick and warm meal that gave me some stability during my life changing times, whether it was in the PlayPlace or with my grandmother.

I was so thrilled to win a “lifetime supply of McDonald’s” for my family and three close friends. How can one get a lifetime supply McDonald’s? The “McGoldcard.” This holiday season, McDonald’s is offering the ultimate flex for fans like me — the chance to win a lifetime of McDonald’s.

The restaurant chain will be open from now until Dec. 25. SZN of Sharing promotion. Every week, there will be new deals on top menu items. Plus, every purchase of $1 or more on the McDonald’s App will count towards the McGold Card. This gives the winner and three friends unlimited access to McDonald’s for life.official rules The prize is based upon two McDonald’s meals per day for 50 years.

These foodie cards are highly sought after by content creators and food writers. I was thrilled when McDonald’s offered to send me a sample of the McGold card. My only concern was which order to place first.

With my own card in hand, I headed to my local McDonald’s where I grabbed my go-to meal. Hot Mustard, extra onions, pickles, and cheeseburger. I also got a small fry, four-piece chicken McNugget, and a crisp McDonald’s Diet Coke.

My first day using my card was over, and I realized that most of my McDonald’s drives-through trips looked the same. Although my Josie Maida signature meal will not be changing, I realized that it was time to try something different with something like the McGold card.

There are many social media sites that showcase hacks for fast food restaurants across the country. McDonald’s offers some of the most innovative menu items on the internet. My second day with my McGold Card was a success. I resolved to try some of the McGold Card’s menu items. craziest menu hacks I was able to find a way to change my order. For breakfast, I started strong with a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a biscuit. But, before I could give it a try, I added some strawberry jelly from a packet to the sandwich. The jelly’s fruitiness was perfect with the soft biscuits and cheese. Overall. Overall, it was a fun and unique way to bring a new taste to my favorite drive through breakfast.

It was time to get serious about lunch and explore some of the most talked-about McDonald’s social media trends. First, the McNugget Pickle Hack: This is a classic McNugget order with a side salad of pickles that can be transformed into the perfect bite. Just take a small piece of crispy chicken nuggets. Then pinch the sides and create a pocket to hold the pickles. This was no exception. Fried chicken and pickles shine together. The crispy golden batter was perfectly complemented with the acidity, vinegar, salt and sweetness of the pickles. Hot Mustard was my favorite pairing for this combination.

Next, a new twist to the McChicken: add mayo instead Big Mac SauceBacon, cheese and bacon. This menu hack is sure to work, since the McChicken patty’s peppery flavor is perfectly complemented by Big Mac Sauce, cheese, and bacon. It tasted a lot like a chicken, bacon, and ranch combination, and I would definitely order it again.

Last but not the least, the cheeseburger. A simple cheeseburger with the patty removed — it shouldn’t work, but somehow, it does.

McDonald’s is my favorite spot to get a quick iced coffee throughout the week. I tried all their syrups and my favorite were the classic caramel and seasonal peppermint mocha.

As the week progressed, I realized that the best part wasn’t having fun for myself, but sharing it with others. My friends (and fellow McDonald’s fans) were all delighted as we pulled through the drive-through or sat down for a meal and I told them to go crazy, order whatever they wanted … and more — on me.

I wanted to make the McGold Card experience a memorable one. I organized a girls’ evening dinner with two of my best friends. We went to an Orlando McDonald’s known as The Special. World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s and PlayPlace.

This location is huge and boasts a PlayPlace that’s beyond imagination, fish tanks, and an arcade. This location offers exclusive menu items, such as pizza in large ovens or pasta that you can build yourself.

The McGold Card tester was in hand and we went up to the counter to place our order. We ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNugget and large fries. Two sodas, two Sprite Lymonades and two cheeseburgers were also available. We were giving our order as a gift. The Very Hungry CaterpillarTo put it mildly,

Although the pasta was a little too chewy, the sauces were delicious and it was great fun to eat from porcelain plates at McDonald’s. I also loved the fact that both the pasta and pizzas could be customized with tons of sauces and toppings. The pizza was amazing: It had a thin crust, a flavorful sauce and the perfect amount mozzarella cheese.

The cheesecake was amazing. It was New York-style and served with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and drizzles of caramel sauce. The massive chocolate cake was covered in chocolate curls and topped with layers of chocolate mousse. It was rich and delicious, but it could easily have been made at a more formal establishment.

My time spent with my McGold Card was over and I felt so grateful for it. It helped me get out of my comfort zone at drive-thru and it also allowed me to make new memories with friends around our favorite meals.
