Access World Group Announces Acquisition By Global Capital Merchants Ltd
ZUG, SWITZERLAND/ACCESSWIRE/January 16, 2023 Global Capital Merchants Ltd., a privately-owned company, announced it had acquired 100% of Access World Group’s shares from Glencore plc. This subsidiary is one of the largest, most diversified, and best-known natural resource companies in the world. It also markets commodities.
Access World Group, founded in 1933, offers a complete range of logistics services and warehousing solutions to a broad customer base. Glencore acquired Access World Group in 2010. This combination of investments in technology and other growth initiatives helped Access World Group achieve its current position as an international logistics and warehouse service provider for all major commodity market.
