Bridget Moynahan – Asks for Fans to Help Name a New York City Bodega’s Cat After Her

Bridget Moynahan is doing her part to reunite a bodega with their cat –– who just happens to be her namesake!

The Blue Bloods 51-year-old actress shared a photo of the black and white missing posters taped to a wall. Instagram Story.

The poster depicts the tabby cat standing on top an ice cream freezer, in front of a variety of candies such as Butterfingers or Mounds at his convenience store.

This wasn’t your average poster for missing pets. The actress was able to poke fun at one line on the poster: “Answers Bridget Moynahan.”

Mimicking the investigative tone from her hit show, she wrote on top of the shot, “Meanwhile, somewhere in Manhattan…”

Bodega cats are New York City’s version of farm cats. They are frequently used by convenience store owners and bodega owners in order to control rats and mice.

Bridget Moynahan is clearly not just an employee at this particular Bodega. Her owners have added “forever” to the poster. It is clear that Bridget is very much loved by the cat.

Moynahan has appeared in CBS’s New York-based procedural. Blue Bloods Since 2010, Erin Reagan has been playing the role of assistant district attorney in a multigenerational cop family. Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg Will Estes.
