After frightening injury and on-field convulsion, Nick Foles, Colts quarterback, leaves the field on a cart

Indianapolis Colts Nick Foles, quarterback, left Sunday’s match against the New York Giants After a tackle, he was left convulsing on field.

Foles was cared for by his trainers as he remained on top of his back. Foles was eventually able walk on his own to the sideline, but a cart took him off the field. At halftime, the Colts announced that Foles was ruled out with a rib injury.

The Colts’ only offensive play was the sack. They punted to Giants who had a lead of 24-3 at halftime. Sam Ehlinger The third quarter saw the quarterback take over.

After Indianapolis was benched, Foles assumed the role of Colts’ starting quarterback for week 16. Matt Ryan For the second time in this season. Ehlinger came into Sunday’s game having completed 32 of 52 passes to gain 304 yards. He also had an interception and no touchdowns in his previous two appearances.
