DAN TITUS What’s happening? It’s week 13. It’s the middle of week 13. I will make recommendations for Yahoo Leagues players who are less than half-way rostered. Andrew Nembhard, Indiana Pacers, is the first player. Tyrese halliburton, who was on crutches Wednesday night, left Wednesday’s contest. We are still waiting for the MRI results. However, we are not able to predict what might happen. So be proactive.

Nembhard won’t likely be available for 12-14 competitive leagues. However, he may still be on waivers. Also, make sure to look at the shallow end. Andrew Nembhard was my favorite player in the games that were played without Halliburton. In those two games, I averaged 23 and 1/2 points, 10 1/2 assists, 7 rebounding, and 3 1/2 triples. Nembhard is a very efficient rookie, shooting 48% from the field and 90% from behind the line. This guy can do it all. With the increased usage and minutes, I believe he will be a person you want to grab if Halliburton is going to miss a significant time or a small amount of time.

If you missed the Nembhard sweepstakes you can still check out TJ McConnell. He’s currently 7% in Yahoo Leagues. He was a substitute for Halliburton and had 14 points, 8 rebound, 7 dimes, and 7 points in 26 minutes. McConnell was fantasy’s sixth-round value in fantasy a few years back, with an average of 26 minutes per contest. If Halliburton has to miss time, I believe McConnell will be a good pick. He shoots 50% in his career from the field. He’s a nine-cat guy. If you are unable to get Nembhard, I recommend TJ McConnell.

Chris Boucher, Toronto Raptors, is the other player I would choose to pick up. I know exactly what you are thinking. I know. Chris Boucher has been so inconsistent– I don’t even know where he’ll get minutes, especially on the bench. The Raptors, the only team that does so, play five games in week 14. This is the ideal time to deploy Boucher to head-to-head leagues so that you can see more counting stats.

Now, you are pretty much praying. In his last contest, he had 12 points and 7 rebounds. That was truly amazing to see. However, this is just volume play. Chris Boucher is worth a look. He is currently only 20% registered in Yahoo Leagues.

Finally, I’d like to pick up KJ Martin from the Houston Rockets. Kevin Porter Jr. had a foot contusion during the first quarter of Wednesday’s contest. His last six games have seen him for over 20 minutes. He’s a great source of points, rebounds, steals, and assists. If he plays more, I believe he will be a reliable stream for week 14. It’s all good. We will see you next week.
